  • Q: “How long do you take to ship my order?”

Typically I will try to ship orders within a 3-5 day window. However due to Covid, please allow additional time for shipments as delays can happen.

Orders that have preorder items included will be shipped when the preorder items become available.

Delays can extend shipping time to an additional 2-3 weeks domestically due to the circumstances, including but not limited to: government regulations, natural disasters, disease outbreak, pandemic, acts of God. Please contact me if you have not recevied your order within 3 weeks after it has shipped.

  • Q: “Do you ship to ____?”

FaeLich Studios currently ships to Canada, Mexico, and the US. Customers located in the UK/EU or any other country not listed, please visit my Etsy Store to order!

My Etsy shop does not ship to the following countries at this time: Germany, Brazil, Ukraine, and Russia. I apologize for any inconveniences.

  • Q: “Can you combine my order with another order?”

I apologize, I cannot combine orders.

  • Q: “My shipping address is incorrect.”

If you have changed your address from moving or accidentally entered the wrong address on order, please contact me through the contact link at the bottom of the page with your order number.

If you received an email with a tracking number, your order has already been shipped and the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee to reship the package.

  • Q: “How do Preorders work?”

If you order both in stock items with a preorder item(s), all items will ship once the preorder item(s) becomes available.If you want in-stock items to ship and do not wat to wait for the preorder item(s), place separate orders.If you order two or more preorder items with different estimated arrival dates, they will be shipped after the latest arrival date item.If you order two or more preorder items separately, they will ship as they arrive. Preorders are not refundable. More information in Preorder Policy Page.

  • Q: “I forgot to apply my coupon. Can you apply it for me?”

It is the customers responsability to apply coupons at time of checkout. Once an order has been paid and processed, coupons cannot be applied.

  • Q: “An item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?”

If the item is listed as LC (last chance) or LE (limited edition), these items are the last time you will be able to order these as they will be retired after they are sold out. If there are enough people who want X item to return, then I will restock them.

Also please check the “Notify Me When Restocked” button on certain items.

  • Q: “I haven’t received an order confirmation or a tracking email.”

Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

Q: “Can I cancel my order?”

If your order doesn’t include a preorder item, you may cancel within a 48 hour period. If the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
